Description of tasks/assignments:


July 17: Write the Technical Report for the first month.

July 18: Improve the Walkthrough viewer with the implementation of billboard object which will rotate and always face the camera. Using this technique, we can fake a tree object by just using a bitmap image. This will highly reduce the triangle count and speed up the rendering process. It uses the same loading logic and same text files, just that the parameter are changed from .3DS to .bmp name.

July 19: Helped Ms. Ida to test the glasses for Virtual Reality Centre since the CEO of MDeC is coming.

July 20: Submit the technical report to Mr. Shahrizal. He asked for several amendment and add-on information to it. Such are, the figure of structure of the game and future improvement.

July 21: Discussed with the other trainee on the next task.
